There is even a section on health and fitness that includes weight loss and healthy living tips.

The FTC’s goal is to help people prevent scams, develop healthy life and money management practices, and hopefully prevent negative financial repercussions. It’s always best to be as prepared as possible, even if we can’t protect ourselves from every possible threat.
